![]() This gives me an “instant” drink that I can mix up just as fast as I can get the water to boil. I was drinking instant coffee for a while, but I don’t need all that caffeine and the flavor isn’t the best. I used organic toasted carob, organic non-instant milk, organic cinnamon and raw wildflower honey, and this is just “wow!" with the flavor! I love coffee and teas, but I really enjoy having an “instant” hot drink. I also like that this is made with powdered milk- that way you get a rich, creamy drink, even if you just mix this with water. I think the cinnamon is a really nice touch- it is not particularly dominant, but it gives this a little more flavor than just carob, which is nice. I think that it is wonderful using the carob in this way, and I find the taste to be somewhere between coffee and hot cocoa, which makes it a really lovely breakfast drink. maybe its just something about the carob? I'm really excited about this, actually. BUT, the taste is great, and the unsavory smell is much less noticable in the mug than in the concentrated mix. That way it's cool enough to drink right away! When I first mixed this up in my blender, I smelled it as I was scraping the sides and I thought, "Uh oh! What have I done?" It smells kind of. It's just so good! I've been filling a cup about 3/4 full with boiling water, stirring in the mix and then topping it off with about 1/4 cup milk. This may be non-caffeine, but you can't tell me its non-addictive! I just mixed this up this afternoon and I've already had 3 cups.

The exhibition aims to explain the Maginot Line by going back in time and seeing it in relation to the different types of fortification that had appeared following France’s defeat in the Franco-Prussian War in 1870. “They shall not pass!” Fortifications, from the Séré de Rivières System to the Maginot Line, will re-evaluate the role of the Maginot Line in the defeat of June 1940, re-examining the view that it was a mistake inevitably leading to defeat, in particular due to a lack of fighting spirit on the part of the French troops. Subject to regular attack, the fortifications were modernised to withstand the increasingly powerful means of destruction resulting from rapid advances in artillery. The exhibition traces the development of defensive systems along the frontier between France and Germany, which had historically always been an area of combat with shifting borders. The soldiers’ experience is at the heart of the visit: “They shall not pass!” To accompany the 1940 commemorations, the Verdun Memorial will be presenting an exhibition on the fortifications in northern and eastern France. Jeni filled her life planning parties of all sorts, from weddings, birthdays, and holiday gatherings. Cooking was her passion and for several years she was employed at the Harmony Care Center, lovingly creating meals for its residents. Just as in her youth, Jeni found joy in making a house a home for those she loved. On October 26th, 1973 she married Dale Garness of Mabel, Minnesota and to this union two children were born: Amy (Jeremy) Lee (Spring Grove), and Matthew (Brooke) Garness (Mabel), and five grandchildren Kyle and Breanna Lee, and Samuel, Henry, and Everett Garness. The 6-bit number 0 therefore is represented by the letter A in a base64-encoded string, the 6-bit number 1 is represented by B, and so on. The 65th character is the equals sign (=) and that is used to indicate padding (discussed later). ![]() ![]() There are 65 possible characters in the base64 alphabet: the letters A through Z, a through z, the numbers 0 through 9, the plus sign (+) and the slash (/). Base64 encoding is really nothing more than performing this conversion. Each character in the string is represented by a single 8-bit byte each character in a base64-encoded string is made up of just 6 bits. You don’t really base64 encode strings, you base64 encode the bytes representing the characters that make up strings. How does it work?īase64 encoding works directly on the underlying binary representation of data. In short, these encodings were created to protect against data corruption when 8-bit data might be transmitted through or by 7-bit systems. Email traditionally was a 7-bit system, and MIME base64 encoding was originally defined to enable data to safely be transmitted from one system to the next. Base64 encoding provides no encryption, it simply translates one form of data into another following a single algorithm.Īll three encodings, base16, base32, and base64 were defined so that data could be transmitted in a safe manner without risk of data loss when passed through 7-bit systems. A common and unfortunate misconception is that base64 encoding is an encryption algorithm designed to obscure the underlying data. Base64 encoding is described in RFC 3548, along with base16 and base 32 encodings, all of which are ways to represent single-byte data with a limited character set. A key part of the data URI equation is base64 encoding. Rest all users have no problem while decoding. Not too long ago, I wrote about data URIs and released a couple of tools to help generate them. Our one of the users facing this issue while decoding the password. Is there any limit that base64 encoding gives always 24 characters long encrypted string or any length restriction on the string to be encrypted. Same password I encrypted using AES encryption, it gives me Return (new StreamReader(csD)).ReadToEnd() gives the exception. In the DecryptStringPassword() function, last line, Is there any maximum character limit for base64 encoding? For one of the passwords "xwYgqg8+xnynU7MpceOoJw=" is the encrypted string which gives exception "padding is invalid and can not be removed" while decoding using above code. I was the book's technical editor, and I first learned about his massive collection while working on a chapter about using iBooks. I met Cohen when he was writing his most recent title, iPhone 5 Kickstart. Cohen, an author and avid reader of both physical books and ebooks. "How I organize ebooks, is probably overkill for most people, because very few have as many ebooks as I do: well over 10,000 titles," says Dennis R. So I asked someone who has more books and ebooks than anyone else I know how he manages them all. Some people use this same strategy with their ebooks: the purchase history is usually stored in the cloud, and they'll download a book to a device only when they want to read it (and then delete it when done).īook collectors are different, returning to their favorite titles again and again. I prefer podcasts, and my strategy there is listen and toss. I'm not much of an ereader, to be perfectly honest. Do you think about your books as being simply read and unread? Do you categorize based on when you plan to read your books, like while on vacation and while commuting? In this article, we'll explore some suggestions and ideas for how to manage a collection of ebooks. You could try to mimic the intensely structured system of a professional library, but this is your personal collection of reading material, and really, the best way to organize it is the way that makes the most sense to you. If you read a lot of ebooks, chances are your virtual storage spaces are just as sloppy and disorganized as your real-world bookshelves.
